What is a Strategic Plan?
A strategic plan is a process driven by community and district data to:
Inform the creation of a set of goals
Prioritize those goals,
Decide the actions necessary to achieve those goals
Mobilize the resources needed to take those actions within the school district.
The strategic plan will describe how goals will be achieved using available resources.
