kindergarten students

Kindergarten Registration has opened at Phillips Elementary School with our building secretary, Jo Alley, our guidance counselor, Kim Cwynar, and our school nurse Tonja Cullen, ready to help parents of new Tigers enroll for the 2023-24 school year.

What to Bring

After you complete the online preregistration, Mrs. Alley will provide you with a registration packet. Fill out this packet and gather the following documents:

• Your child’s official birth certificate with stamped seal.

• Your child’s social security card.

• Your child’s immunization record.

• Divorce, separation or custody papers showing legal guardianship (if applicable).

• Two proofs of residency* in the school district to identify physical address.

Valid documents include: a utility bill, rental agreement, mortgage, lease, property tax bill, etc. Note: A driver’s license is not valid proof of residency. Junk mail is also not valid proof of residency.

*If you and your child do not have consistent housing we have additional support services available under the McKinney-Vento Grant.
